A day with Santa Claus! You will meet Santa Claus in the Christmas valley and you will immerse yourself in a unique atmosphere among the lights of the markets.
Let yourself be carried away by the emotion entering the Christmas valley: you will be welcomed by elves, lights and colors that have always distinguished the Christmas party. With this experience you will be able to experience the magic of Christmas and witness firsthand the work done by Santa Claus and his helpers to prepare for the fateful night of gifts, the most awaited moment of the year by all children! Let yourself be enveloped by the scents and markets that frame the enchanting village that runs along Piazza Grande, the place where you can buy gifts and sweets from the many market stalls. Against the backdrop of a wonderful landscape, get involved in the activities of the many workshops that await you for an opportunity for aggregation and growth.

      • Adults and children pay the same rate, except for children up to 99cm tall accompanied by a payer.
      • Access to the park will be staggered in shifts lasting one hour in order to comply with Covid regulations on gathering and social distancing.
      • The entrance ticket only shows the time from which access to the park will be allowed.
      • The management will recognize a tolerance margin of 30 minutes of delay, after which it reserves the right to reschedule entry based on availability on the same day.
      • The stay inside the village is unlimited until closing scheduled for 10pm.
      • Children up to 99 cm in height and Over 75, accompanied by a paying person, will have free access to the park (the height will be checked once you arrive at the entrance).
      • During the course of the event, the program may undergo some changes. In case of bad weather the shows will not be guaranteed.
      • The entrance ticket will in no case be refundable or changeable except for extraordinary events for which the facility will remain closed.
      • The ticket allows entry to Valle del Natale within 30 minutes of the indicated time.
