Bari: Capital city and bustling heart of the Puglia region, the modern metropolitan city of Bari preserves its ancient origins with fascinating churches, picturesque courtyards and other tucked-away gems.

Otranto: one of the most picturesque towns in Puglia, renowned for its imposing cathedral whose mosaics date from the 12th century. Still intact, represents a tree of life that embraces all the religions and beliefs known in Europe in the middle ages.

Lecce: the most beautiful city in Puglia, the Baroque masterpiece of southern Italy. Described also as the 'Rome of the South' with a long history and rich of architecture and art.

        What to bring

          Comfortable and light clothing is the most suitable for travelling in Italy. Visitors should not wear sleeveless shirts, shorts, short skirts or skimpy clothing when visiting temples, religious or official buildings. Sun protection, sun glasses, a hat, and mosquito repellent can be very useful during your stay.
